Tender Notice- Domestic Air Ticketing

Mercy Corps began operations in Nepal in 2005, and since then has implemented projects in the sectors of agriculture, food security and nutrition, financial inclusion, youth engagement, and disaster risk reduction/ climate change adaptation. Mercy Corps Nepal works to build the absorptive, adaptive and transformative potential of vulnerable individuals and communities across Nepal. Since 2005, Mercy Corps has responded to disaster emergencies such as earthquakes, floods and landslides and implemented earthquake recovery programs. Cross Cutting areas of focus include youth engagement, gender and social inclusion. 

Scope of Work (SoW)

Mercy Corps Nepal invites applications from qualified firms for the procurement of Domestic Air tickets. Please visit https://nepal.mercycorps.org/procurement/  to download the tender package.

Mercy Corps intends to issue Master Service Agreements (MSA) to one or multiple firms for all or a single geographic area depending on their price, evaluation score, experience, and access to the Mercy Corps program locations. These contracts will be for a period of two year, during which Mercy Corps depending on their programmatic needs will share specific requirements for air ticketing with the contracted firm/s.

Interested firms should submit their bids and relevant documentations as stated in the tender package to tenders@mercycorps.org  no later than 5 pm, 15th November 2021.

The email should mention the subject as  MCN/MAR/2021/26/29/NEPAL

The incomplete proposals or proposals received after the closing date will not be considered. Only shortlisted organizations will be contacted for further process. Canvassing at any stage of the process shall lead to automatic disqualification of the application. Mercy Corps reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
