The Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs (CCP) specializes in developing and implementing social and behavior change (SBC) programs that improve lives around the world.
The Reducing Child, Early and Forced Marriage (Nepal R-CEFM) Project (Feb 2020 – September 2022) goal is to strengthen the institutional and technical capacity of the Government of Nepal (GON) in Madhesh Province at the municipal levels to design, implement, monitor, evaluate, and coordinate effective social and behavior change (SBC) activities and to strengthen child protection systems for reducing CEFM through a community-based, multi-sectoral, data-driven lens.
This RFP is requested from the local qualified organizations to strengthen the institutional and technical capacity of the Government of Nepal in Madhesh Province to design, implement, monitor, evaluate, and coordinate effective SBC activities and child protection (CP) system strengthening for R-CEFM using a community-based, multi-sectoral, and data-driven approach.

Please note that appealing or trying to influence the outcome of the selection at any stage of the process shall lead to automatic disqualification.
The R-CEFM project is implemented by CCP and partners through United States Agency for International Development (USAID) funding support as part of the Breakthrough ACTION mechanism.
