We are looking for potential Nepalese Consultant Service Provides to fill out the following position:

Consultancy Service for End line Study – (NARI Project)

This End Line study is expected to follow a mixed method in data collection and analysis. A survey among women of reproductive age particularly, the most vulnerable, local government representatives, elected women representatives, and health workers will be conducted for the collection of quantitative information while health facility observation, focus group discussions (FGDs)/Key informant interviews (KIIs) will be conducted for collecting the qualitative information. The proposal is expected to have further highlight on how the interested consultant want to conduct this study differently or efficiently.

End line study is expected to deliver the following component:

Bidding process:

A complete study proposal (with separate technical and financial proposal document) which responds to the scope of work with some literature review, a detail of methodology, survey instruments, and detailed work plan.

Reporting process:

  • An inception report with tools (questionnaire and guidelines in English and Nepali), a detailed plan for field work implementation and data analysis plan 
  • Enumerators training completion report including details of participants, schedule, issues, challenges, mitigation plan, and Monitoring plan 
  • Complete initial database as per sample
  • A comprehensive draft report including an executive summary in an agreed format. (the format will be discussed later, but may not exceed 30 pages excluding annexes.)
  • A final End line report incorporating feedback from WVIN in an agreed format.
  • An evaluation brief document (with info graphics) (2 to 4 pages)
  • A presentation to WVI Nepal (using PPT) for sharing study and findings.
  • Cleaned and labelled datasets (quantitative and qualitative – Recording, Translation, transcript and coding)
