International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serving poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life in its fullness through health and development service. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development service in Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashim provinces of Nepal.

INF Nepal Central Office is looking for qualified, skilled, service oriented, and committed Nepali citizens who share our vision, missions and values.

1. Position: Livelihood Coordinator

Required No: 1

Location: Nepalgunj

Purpose of the Job: 

The job holder is the lead person responsible for Livelihood technical input to all INF Nepal projects and organizational level, and as a resource person in Livelihood & Resilience thematic area, to build capacity and ensure the highest technical standard of work.

Required Qualification, Experience and Skills:  

  • Masters in Agriculture Science or Environment Science or Development & Social Science or other closely relevant subject, with minimum 5 Years’ experience in livelihood and resilience related work in NGO/INGO setting.
  • Experience in community livelihood and resilience project at filed level with experience in trainings within thematically relevant field.
  • Advance understanding of project management cycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and build capacity of others.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Good written and spoken communication skills in both Nepali and English.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively to all INF Nepal working areas.
  • Being a role model and genuinely supporting INF’s mission vision and well as passionately demonstrating INF’s values in working setting and relationships.

2. Position: Admin Officer -ICO

Required No: 1

Location: Central Office

Purpose of the Job: 

The post holder is responsible to lead, organize and supervise all of the issues related with administration of Central Office. This is done by providing good management of office services, effective personnel management, vehicle management, procurement management etc. The objective of the post is to coordinate in all administrative issues with INF Nepal projects and Hospitals for the smooth functioning.

Required Qualification, Experience and Skills:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant subject, desirably in Management, with minimum three years’ experience in administration in similar level.
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills in administrative issues.
  • Good leadership, cross cultural and interpersonal skills.
  • Good Liaison and networking skills.
  • Planning and budgeting skills and computer competency in MS Office programmes.
  • Mature, able to ensure and demonstrate INF Nepal Values in ones’ work and relationship.
  • Willing and able to travel in remote areas of project/offices.

3. Position: Internal Auditor

Required No.: 1

Location: Central Office

Purpose of the Job: 

Responsible for developing and conducting the INF Internal Audit program in order to provide good governance within INF by ensuring all accounting and management systems have financial integrity, are transparent, and are compliant with INF Nepal Finance Policies and Procedures, Employment Manual and decisions.

Required Qualification, Experience and Skills:  

  • BBS/BBA or semi qualified CA/ACCA. Full CA/CCA or MBA with specialized in Accounting is advantage.
  • 3 years’ practical experience of performing accounting system procedure and task. Experience in internal audit of I/NGOs is advantage.
  • High level knowledge of use of computer systems and spreadsheets (MS excel in particular).  Knowledge of taxation law and other relevant law applicable for the organization.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Mature, able to ensure and demonstrate INF Nepal Values in ones’ work and relationship.
  • Able and willing to travel in remotes areas of projects/offices.

4. Position: M&E and Reporting Officer

Required No.: 1

Location: Central Office 

Job Duration: Upto the end of Ashar 2079- possible extension is subject to funding availability and job performance.

Purpose of the Job: 

The post holder is responsible to develop a monitoring system and framework including implementing strategies to increase project performance and achieve desired result and impact of the assigned project. S/he is also responsible for maintaining a good relationship with funding partners of the project by fulfilling all funding partners’ requirements as specified in the funding agreement and timely submission of periodic reports to the concerned authority, funding partners and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, Skills and knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s in Development, Social Sciences, or other relevant academic backgrounds.
  • Minimum 3 years’ M&E and donor reporting experience in NGO/INGO setting.
  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems.
  • Previous experience in reporting on project results.
  • Good understanding of the project management cycle.
  • Proven ability in leading monitoring, evaluation and reporting within project cycle.
  • High level of skill with Windows, Excel, KOBO Toolbox and or other relevant data analysis systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and build the capacity of others.
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written) in both English and Nepali.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively to all project implementing areas.
  • Being a role model and genuinely supporting INF Nepal’s mission and vision as well as passionately demonstrating INF Nepal’s Values in work settings and relationships.
