Job Description

International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serving poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life in its fullness through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development service in Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpashim provinces of Nepal.

INF Nepal Central Office is looking for qualified, skilled, service oriented and committed Nepali citizens who share our vision, missions and values.

1. Position: Head of Quality Assurance

Required No: 1

Location: Nepalgunj with frequent travel to Pokhara and INF Nepal project areas

Purpose of the Job:

  • Post holder is responsible to;
  • Ensure that INF has a robust monitoring, evaluation and learning framework which is able to track progress effectively, capture evidence of impact/results efficiently and facilitate continuous learning and adaptation
  • Ensure that INF programmes and projects receive technical support timely and use them effectively to excel towards desired results
  • Inform important findings to INF leadership team with the information and knowledge generated from projects and programmes

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Master’s Degree in Management or Information Management or Project Management or other relevant subject with minimum 5 years’ experience at senior level (including minimum 3 years’ MEAL experience across variety of projects) in an I/NGO or Governmental organization.
  • Excellent understanding of current national and international development trends, practices, community development & empowerment models and project management cycle.
  • Proven ability to manage MEAL in a complex organisation with good analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Good networking, facilitation, influencing and capacity building abilities.
  • High level of computer literacy with excellent communication competency in written and spoken English & Nepali.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively to all INF Nepal working areas.
  • Mature, able to ensure and demonstrate INF Nepal Values in ones’ work and relationship

2. Position: Human Resource Officer

Required No: 1

Location: Central Office

Purpose of the Job: 

The post holder is responsible to plan, organize and supervise matters relating to employment, policy compliance and Human Resource issues at INF Nepal for smooth operation of HR Department.

Required Qualification, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, desirably in Management, with minimum two years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and human resource management skills.
  • Training and facilitation skills.
  • Training and skill in safeguarding and protection is advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills in MS office program.
  • Mature, able to ensure and demonstrate INF Nepal Values in ones work and relationship.
  • Able and willing to travel in remotes areas of projects/offices.
