Customer Success Team

Customer Success Team works to ensure customers are on board with Agentics and the desired outcome of using the product is achieved. The team focuses on relationship management with clients and works for mutually beneficial outcomes. The goal of Customer success is to make the customer as successful as possible resulting in decreased customer churn and improve customer lifetime value for the company. The team provides demo/training to customers regarding the product and also provide chat support in case customers face any difficulty in using our product.

Jobs & Responsibilities & Requirements

• Conduct Community Feature Workshops
• Develop professional relationships with existing customers as an “Account manager”.
• Ensure that the customers use all the features and update them about new features.
• Develop Healthy Customer Relationships.
• Enhance Customer Training experience and provide them with solutions that will support their Business.
• Promote Customer Loyalty.
• Train clients about software-online/field visits.
• Collaborate with the team and other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction for the product.
• Maintain/Improve Renewal numbers as guided by the team Manager.
• Connect with clients through chat, emails, Zoom calls and phone calls.

Ideally, you should have

• A bachelor’s degree in business, or marketing
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Exceptional ability to close sales with new and existing clients & demonstrate performance
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
• Ability and willingness to work both in a team as well as autonomously to achieve targets
• Passionate about learning and development
• Knowledge of customer success processes
• Patient and active listener.
• Passion for service.

2. Graphic Designer

Job Description

Design Team

The Design Team is responsible for designing the user interface that is how users interact with the product. The team focuses on UI (User Interface ) and UX (user experience). The team is also responsible for designing marketing contents for marketing purposes.

If you are passionate about working on global products, motivated to learn and have a keen eye for aesthetic and user friendly design our team a Graphic Designer.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Graphic Designer is responsible for
• Create graphics designs for Marketing content and social media.
• Create brand identity tools including logos, infographics and style-guides
• Present ideas effectively and consistently make use of design feedback from
• application users
• Push creative limits, challenge established thinking, and discover new ways
• approaching a problem
• Involve with Marketing team in maintaining a product brand by creating variou
• Ongoing promotional materials, newsletters, blogs and illustration
• Other Ad Hoc duties and any other reasonable duty as directed

Ideally you should have

• At least a year of experience in graphic design
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Systems
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) will be a plus point
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Hand on experience in developing social media posts and other graphical posts

This role is a part of the Marketing Team, who is responsible for promoting Agentcis to the market, learning about new market trends and generating the leads at a global scale.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Marketing & Communication Officer is responsible for
• Writing various marketing contents including blogs, marketing copies and others
• Liaising with Marketing & Growth Specialist to clearly understand our business requirements
• Responsible for assisting in handling new business leads, scheduling social media posts, and exploring growth opportunities.
• Analyzing top-performing keywords and managing community page
• Creating various marketing collaterals along with graphic designer
• Plan and manage google ads within allocated budget
• Provide weekly reports on SEO and Ads performance.
• Managing and creating content calendars for all social media channels
• Creating monthly newsletter to inform our customers about recent features and industry news

Ideally you should have

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related fields
• More than one year of experience in marketing communication or digital marketing
• Knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and their respective participants.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in teams
• A keen eye for details
• Good to have experience
• Knowledge about SEO and its tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc.
• Understanding of social media metrics, ability to analyze and interpret them.
