Job Description

International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serving poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life in its fullness through health and development service. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development service in Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpashim provinces of Nepal.

INF Nepal Green Pastures Hospital (GPH), Pokhara, serving peoples with specialized treatment and rehabilitation services in leprosy, dermatology, spinal cord injuries & other neglected trauma, ear car, palliative care etc. is looking for qualified, skilled, service oriented and committed Nepali citizens who share our vision, missions and values.

1. Position: Driver (Re- Vacancy) Required Number: 1 Location: Lamjung

Purpose of the Job:

The job holder is responsible for transporting Project staffs, other stakeholders and supplies for project-related activities within the overall context of palliative care service provision ensuring a no harm approach.

Required Qualifications, Skills and knowledge:

Literacy in Nepali, School Leaving Certificate (SLC) will be an advantage.
Valid Driving Licenses (4 wheel and motorbike) is a must.
3 years of experience driving four-wheeler vehicle.
Experience in driving heavy vehicles including in difficult terrain will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal skills, considerate and respectful of team and community members.
Fluency in Nepali- both verbally and in writing
Flexibility in work schedule or willing to work on weekends and non- business hours.
Willing to relocate if deemed necessary by the organization.

2. Position: Communications Assistant (Re- Vacancy) Required Number: 1 Location: GPH, Pokhara

Purpose of the Job:

To provide technical support to fulfill the communications-related objectives of the Sunita Project by developing brochures, posters, events photography, writing stories, and other multimedia contents.

Required Qualifications, Skills and knowledge:

Higher Secondary education or diploma in designing, with minimum of 1 year of experience in designing print and digital media resources. Bachelor’s degree in communication is desirable,
Up to date with the industry’s leading software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
Knowledge of photography and videography.
Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital printing.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, considerate and respectful of team and community members.
Ability to take initiative, work independently or collaboratively, and with right deadlines.
Willing and able to travel to all project sites.
Fluency in verbal and written Nepali and English.
