  • Train new recruits as per the training module.
  • Identify and assess current and long term training needs through job analysis, career paths and consultation with department managers.
  • Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and individual employee requirements in conjunction with the L&D unit.
  • Produce training materials for in house courses.
  • Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in work procedures and processes.
  • Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials
  • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
  • Develop and maintain training and assessment checklists.
  • Provide opportunities for ongoing employee development.
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with and current knowledge of legislation, market trends analysis and key industry drivers.
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time.

Work hours: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm including a 1-hour lunch break.

Required Qualification & Experience

Qualification & Experience

  • At least 9 months of experience in training/facilitation.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in virtual facilitation.
  • Experience in training content development.
  • Relevant certification in Training/Learning and Development.
  • Development and continual learning.
  • Analysis and Reasoning.
  • Strong presentation Interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to details.
