TECHNICAL COORDINATOR-ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The Role
The Technical Coordinator-Enterprise Development Program will provide technical support and managerial oversight to the Oxfam’s flagship program on inclusive enterprise development. The incumbent will be responsible for providing technical, managerial, and entrepreneurial support to the selected enterprises and building good relationship with different market actors of selected enterprises for their growth.
The incumbent will be overall responsible for project management including planning, budgeting, implementation support to partners, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of project activities. This position is also responsible for coordination and building good relations with different stakeholders and market actors of the selected and promising enterprises.
