The Talent & Network Coordinator is responsible for fostering two key elements of Kamara’s operational relationships for project support: the people and organisations we collaborate with. Namely: identifying, recruiting and maintaining on-going relationships with project-related consultants and specialists as well as coordinating relationships with the network of civil society organisations we collaborate with.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate has a strong existing network within civil society, deriving joy from fostering relationships and matching people/organisations to the right projects, and a genuine belief in the importance of capacity building. The role requires someone with strong coordination and project management skills, recruitment capacities and emotional intelligence.
We believe a well-rounded and balanced team is made up of diverse people that bring different perspectives and experiences to contribute, and we will be looking to this position to continuously implement this as part of the role.

Terms
An initial 1 year fixed-term consultancy (subject to standard probation and termination provisions) with the potential to evolve into a full-time permanent position.
We work remotely but meet regularly in London.
Remuneration will be commensurate to level of experience and an indicative range will be given to those shortlisted. The overall range is $USD50-75K per annum equivalent.
