  • He or she shall source, identify, screen, and hire talents to fill up the vacancies in the company
  • Stay up to date of the talents needs in different projects, departments by following up through TA manager/hiring manager
  • Able to grasp the IT skills and requirements needed of a candidate to fulfill technical
  • Be able to source applicants through various channels such as LinkedIn, online portals, internal tools
  • Screen the CVs to identify and shortlist the most suitable talents
  • Plan /set up interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, tests, offer
  • Follow, improvise, update end-to-end candidate hiring processes to succeed in maintaining Cotiviti’s standard of employee experience.
  • Be able to provide up to date recruitment reports

Required Qualification & Experience

Qualification & Experience

  • 5-7 years of work experience in technical talent acquisition or similar roles
  • Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks for talent sourcing
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience in working on recruitment software
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
  • Believe in the powerful role of talent acquisition in building company’s success
  • Be active, innovative, and strategic in sourcing talents to fill up the vacancies in timely manner
