Job Description

  • Responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent in the market by planning and implementing a company talent acquisition strategy
  • Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions
  • Design and manage the complete end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Ensure that all the Departments have proper JD and KPIs in place
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
  • Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
  • Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry and suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelors/ Master’s degree in management (Preferably Human Resources)
  • Minimum 1 to 2 Years of Experience in Recruitment
  • Excellent Communication, Coordination Skills, and Time Management Skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Package
  • A problem solver with good time management skills
