Job Description

Responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent in the market by planning and implementing a company talent acquisition strategy
Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions
Design and manage the complete end-to-end recruitment processes
Ensure that all the Departments have proper JD and KPIs in place
Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry and suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

Required Qualification & Experience

Bachelors/ Master’s degree in management (Preferably Human Resources)
Minimum 1 to 2 Years of Experience in Recruitment
Excellent Communication, Coordination Skills, and Time Management Skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office Package
A problem solver with good time management skills
