Job Description

  • Schedule & coordinate interview

  • Assist in preparing weekly, monthly & quarterly reports on the hiring process
  • Provide Jobs reports to the Talent Acquisition supervisor of the job
  • Approach candidates as per the need and headhunting
  • Create internal Jobs/Interns in (Application Tracking System), post the vacancy in career sites, social media, Facebook groups also internally
  • Communicate within the team for the latest update regarding the candidates, current priority vacancy Jobs, data, interns, process etc. (daily basis, weekly basis)
  • Manage referrals of Leapfroggers, maintain records, and proceed further with potential candidates
  • Invite new interviewers in ATS (Application Tracking System) and assist them
  • Research on current industry trends of Talent Acquisition

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any steam (management preferred) with 1-2 years of experience in related field or Master in Business Administration with HR Specialization (Fresher)

  • Attention to details and organized
  • Analytical and practical and act immediately
  • Can make Decisions easily
  • Has good interpersonal skills and Communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Advanced Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Nepali Typing skill ( good to have)
  • Ability to work under pressure
