Job Description

Codeware Lab is looking for full-time remote Sr. software developers with hands-on experience on any of below technology stack for its client project located in the USA, Australia, Germany, and Kenya.

  • Back end technologies (Java/C#)
  • Front end technologies (Angular/React/Vue)
  • Mobile dev technologies (Swift/ Flutter/Android)


  • Work closely with product owners, on-site managers, designers, and QA engineers
  • Acquire detailed specifications from business users and development to ascertain specific output
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and advise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
  • Engage across the organization to develop integrated and differentiated solutions
  • Participate in client meetings and daily scrum meeting
  • Report your task to reporting managers assigned for the project


  • Opportunity to travel client location based on project requirements
  • Monthly billed salary (Hourly Rate) based on Invoice Hour

Required Qualification & Experience

Must have:

  • Sound Knowledge of software development cycle and implementation
  • Good in English communication including reading, writing, and speaking
  • Sense of ownership with demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent understanding of OOP design concepts and software development processes and methods
  • Ability to elaborate and convert business requirements into technical requirements, create architecture and design documents for the stakeholders
  • Quick Learner to learn technologies based on project requirement

Good to have:

  • Experience with containers, orchestration technologies, Git and Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines
