Through prevention, rescue, education, rehabilitation, and healthcare, Asha Nepal works to improve the lives of women and children. The purpose of Asha Nepal is to assist the survivors of violence, women, children and families to rebuild their lives socially, emotionally and economically enabling them to enjoy lives of safety, independence and dignity as valued members of their community and society.
Asha Nepal is working to raise the social, economical and educational status of these women and children to help them break free from the vicious cycle of abuse and violence.
Position: Social Worker

Job Summary:
Social Worker in Asha Nepal will work with children and families who have been affected by gender based violence and are now socially excluded or families in crisis to support them to have a stable life. With the aim to ensure that families remain safe and stable in the community, and children having access to regular academic and vocational education. Social worker works in close coordination with these families to provide timely required support to prevent family separation.
