  • Lead Social Media team with focus on generating e-commerce conversions, bringing relevant traffic to the App and driving the growth and awareness of our brand in key markets
  • Develop and execute the strategy to grow all social media platform by focusing on entertainment and engagement content/strategy to attract more followers and increase engagement
  • Relaunch Live streaming on social media platforms using various supporting platforms
  • Launch Live streaming in App and YouTube to increase engagement and drive traffic
  • Work closely with Online/Performance/Digital Marketing team to plan content that works best on promotion platform along with marketing team to achieve departmental targets
  • Define and achieve social media KPIs and report on ROI
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and share knowledge about social media marketing, Influencer marketing, Live Streaming and e-commerce and recommended and implement new features/ trends/technologies to develop brand awareness.

  • Work closely with country and group level management to build e-commerce in Nepal
  • Hands-on experience in leading a team and growing a business
  • Five days working week (Monday to Friday)

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Management, specialization in Marketing
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in social media management
  • Marketing enthusiastic with creative, curious, and analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
  • Out of the box thinking during brainstorming session
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Networking aptitude
  • Knowledge of the social media marketing industry
