Job Description

Senior R&D Engineer (ML)

We are looking for a Senior R&D Engineer (ML) for our company who can research on innovative tools and technologies, identifying the best approach and design-development of the Javra products.  The candidate is responsible for taking lead on ML aspects of the ongoing/new projects representing the R&D Department of the company.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
  • Research on new and best fit technologies for ongoing and/or new projects and take initiation for the development leading the technical efforts required.
  • Investigate design approaches, prototype new technology, and evaluate technical feasibility
  • Machine Learning pipelines and related software applications
  • Effectively guide and/or manage the technical work of junior engineers.
  • Develop product concepts, specifications, drawings.
  • Participate in development teams as the R&D representative and technical lead
  • Operate in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules
  • Support development & debugging, software development tooling and processes.

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ML developing and deploying machine learning projects using MLOps principles.
  • Experience in Python Frameworks, Machine Learning Frameworks (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, Tensorflow)
  • Having knowledge of NodeJS, NOSQL database systems will be a plus point
  • Experience with Microservices and the Azure Cloud along with automated tests, CI/CD pipelines
  • Good understanding of 3D Graphics and familiarity with Blender.
  • Sound communication skills and ability to adapt to changes in deadlines.
