Location : (Kathmandu based)

Job Details:

The main responsibility of the job is to provide necessary administrative support and smooth  running of all reception and administrative activities for UMN Thapathali Offices and its  programmes. The post-holder will report directly to the HR & Administrative Manager and will  be a part of the Human Resources and Support Services Team.

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Up to Intermediate / Plus two level education;
  • At least one year of experience in handling reception and administrative jobs;
  • Experience in providing effective and efficient administrative support in a busy office  environment;
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work in a team and able to build good working and  public relationships;
  • Good Nepali typing skills;
  • Able to translate documents;
  • Excellent language and communication skills in both Nepali and English;
  • Well organised and self-motivated.

Salaries and benefits will be according to UMN policy.
