Job Description

We are looking for an expert project manager to lead the development work for various projects at Togglecorp. You will lead client communication, task management, and resource allocation while ensuring that the projects are delivered on time. You will also make sure that the work which is being delivered is up to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources in various projects for smooth execution of the projects
  • Understand the requirements from the clients and objectives of each task/features and provide feedback regarding technical feasibility
  • Ensure all the projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project budget, and timeline
  • Measure project performance using the latest tools and techniques
  • Report issues to the team members or the management team
  • Manage relationships with various stakeholders such as vendors, clients, users, team members
  • Prepare documentation as per the need of the project
  • Schedule and be part of the client meeting which sometimes involves attending the meeting in various timezones (US time zone, European timezone, etc)
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Required Qualification & Experience

Requirements

  • Outstanding leadership skills with proven experience in leading technical teams
  • 4+ years of experience in project management or similar roles
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Solid organizational skills including the ability to multitask as well as troubleshoot a problem
  • Good spreadsheet skill is preferred
  • Experience in working in the agile work process
  • Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Miro, Asana, Basecamp, Slack, etc
