Job Description

  • Assist the Founder, CEO and Management to manage all projects effectively and appropriately.
  • Assist in the delivery of projects in accordance with objective statements project plans and within set timeframes.
  • Provide a support and advisory role in major project implementations.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and to a high quality.
  • Facilitate and manage the engagement of key stakeholders to ensure understanding of projects.
  • Facilitate projects meetings and development of project plans where necessary.
  • Facilitate and manage a high level of customer service to all areas of the business by communicating effectively and appropriately to ensure project outcomes are met.
  • Prepare and manage related documents and policies and procedures for relevant projects.
  • Contribute to organizational operational and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Maintain frequent communication with project stakeholders to ensure that the project milestones are achieved through effective negotiation, continually updated requests, support and encouragement.

Work Hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, non-negotiable. (including 1-hour lunch break)

Required Qualification & Experience

  • MBA, BBA or equivalent.
  • 1-year experience in handling overall project.
  • Knowledge of Project Management  Framework.
  • Planning / Organizing.
  • Team management and Communication skills.
  • Leadership / Management.
  • Analysis / Reasoning.
  • Public speaking.
  • Generalist knowledge of all departments.
  • Time Management.
