Project Coordinator-GESI and Protection- based in Sarlahi District
No of positions- 1(One); Fixed term 1 year (Possibility for extension)
Key Responsibilities:
The purpose of this position is to support World Vision International (WVI) Nepal’s SIKAI Project on project management cycle, implementation of project activities, Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) and Protection Action Plans related to project and documentation of good practices during implementation of project activities. This position aims to build the capacity of the PNGO (Partner Non-Government Organization) and to meet the requirement of the organization and preposition them for the GESI, Protection activities and strategy.
The Project Coordinator-GESI and Protection position is responsible for tracking and ensuring performance on SIKAI project’s KPIs and commitments for Reaching the Most Vulnerable under WVI Nepal’s and its 2021-2025 Country Strategy. The position supports and strengthens mainstreaming of project management cycle, gender equality, social inclusion and protection in the implementation of SIKAI project of WVI Nepal. Field Travel Requirement: 50% of the time
