The Program Manager will lead a team to develop UDL and new EdTech approaches to improve the learning outcomes for students with disabilities. S/he will be responsible for developing approaches and providing training and technical support to DPOs and government counterparts and will be required to participate in the development of UDL and EdTech approaches and resources for students with disabilities. This capacity building support will enhance skills of teachers, schools managers, parents, DPOs and government counterparts. S/he will ensure effective implementation of the program to meet the objectives.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, with 5 years of work experience with project management, or Master’s Degree in relevant subject area with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in inclusive education, early grade reading programs, use of EdTech as well as developing educational curricula and training will be an advantage. Strong leadership skills, interest in and commitment to use of EdTech for children with disabilities.
