Job Description

As a member of the Nepal/Bangladesh Country Programs (CP) Senior Management Teams, you will provide strategic direction, leadership, and management of the CP’s programming to ensure the establishment and successful implementation of high-quality programs serving the poor and vulnerable. You will play a critical role in ensuring the capacity of staff and local partners is strengthened to implement high quality programming. Your leadership, management and knowledge will ensure that the CP delivers high-quality programming and continuously works towards improving the impact of its programming.

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Master’s Degree in International Development, International Relations or relevant field required, along with a minimum of five years of relevant field-based program management, at least three years of middle/senior management experience. 
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 40 % of the time, as the COVID situation allows, between Bangladesh and Nepal and in field locations in both countries. 
  • Fluency in English required. Bangla and/or Nepali/Hindi language capacity highly appreciated.
