Job Description

We are looking for Senior PHP Web Developers with a passion for code to join our team on a full-time/part-time basis in Kathmandu Nepal. The candidate is expected to have extensive programming skills using PHP and MySQL in a Linux environment.

Required Qualification & Experience

Key Skills:

* Experience in a similar PHP / Full Stack role leading a team;

* Strong knowledge of PHP with experience in using major frameworks (Symfony preferred);

* A solid understanding of design patterns and OOP Commercial experience with RDBMS;

* Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;

* Experience with building REST API services and integrating with 3rd party API services;

* That you are a real team player with good self-organization and communication skills;

* Familiarity with best coding practices and ability to produce maintainable code.

Additional Skills:

* Version control, preferably distributed (e.g. Git, which is what we use)

* Experience with maintaining and administrating Linux servers;

* Docker using experience.

* Able to write testable code

* Someone who likes the idea of working in a scrum team

* Self-motivated with good organizational skills

* Someone who enjoys working with your team and helping to develop and maintain code with them
