Job Description

A minimum Master’s degree in management or business administration, political sciences, public policy, international development, social sciences or relevant field
At least 7 years of professional experience in managerial position in a similar role in humanitarian or development context
Proven experience in budgetary control/development for the implementation of large scale humanitarian/social programs
Experience of managing multiple donor funded projects and reporting
Excellent track record of donor relation, government liaison and partnership management
Management and leadership of multi-cultural and multi-sectoral teams; on site and remotely and proven experience in capacity building and direct support to the team
Analysis (geopolitics, environment, relations) and ethical positioning
Knowledge on The Fundamentals of Disability and Inclusion, Rehabilitation, Post-Emergency Measures or/and Education will be an added advantage
Strong knowledge on Humanitarian Principles, ethical values and a constructively critical mindset
Resilience to stress and uncertainty
Proficiency in written and speaking English Language
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office package, in particular Excel.
