What is your role like? 

You, as an Operation Manager, will be responsible for leading the Learning Workflow. Your role entails acquiring exceptional loan processing team members for Learning Workflow, coaching and developing them for high work performance before reassigning them to the regular workflows.

There is a good degree of difference from one day to the next, with shifting priorities and new problems to solve daily whether situational, factual, or people-based.

Please Note: This is a people oriented leadership role and NOT a logistics, procurement based role. 

Required Qualification & Experience

Some of your major deliverables are: 

  • To ensure that the loan processing hiring requirements are achieved and balanced across departments
  • To ensure that the staff within the workflow progressively meet training and development benchmarks
  • To monitor the performance of loan processing staff
  • To lead the Managers/supervisors within this workflow
  • To constantly bring about improvements in the ongoing operational systems, processes, and policies

Eligibility Criteria 

  • At Least 2 year’s managerial experience (at least 1 year in Mid Managerial level i.e. managing the managers)
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management

Work Hours: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, non-negotiable. (including 1-hour lunch break)
