Job Description

  • Assist in end-to-end planning, coordination, execution and tracking of local Mega Campaigns
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders, including working with Commercial, Marketing, Traffic Ops and the rest of the organization (e.g. seller engagement, partnership, ops etc.) for campaign planning, creation and optimization.
  • Conduct data analysis on campaigns performance (e.g. order and GMV targets) during teasing and live phase to ensure campaign is performing.
  • Assist in identifying recommendations for campaign optimization, such as innovative engagement and sales mechanics to enhance campaigns performance.
  • Keep abreast of trends on other ecommerce platforms, social sentiments and broader industry developments, and leverage on such trends to initiate or optimise campaigns.
  • Track and analyze the performance of existing mechanics, evaluate new initiatives; to optimize and achieve commercial objectives and performance insights.
  • Assist in the identification of key campaign mechanics or new growth areas to increase relevance for users
  • Guide teams to adopt the same standards on regional processes and SOPs
  • Identify local best practices and share with regional team

Required Qualification & Experience

  • 5-7 years of work experience
  • Previous ecommerce or online business experience would be ideal
  • Education background in business, marketing, operations preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Strong ability to manage expectations, drive for performance and collaborate with internal stakeholders under tight timelines and pressure.
  • Independent and self-motivated, with good end-to-end ownership of projects. Open to taking on new and ambiguous projects. Able to multi-task and priorities under pressure.
  • An analytical and structured thinker, strong with understanding and deriving insights from data.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
