Function:
The Knowledge Manager will lead Heifer International’s Knowledge Management function. They will be responsible for organizing and improving access to knowledge across the organization to help increase the scale and impact of Heifer International’s work with millions of people around the world.
The position will assess current knowledge management practices within Heifer International and build upon them, with the goal of establishing, refining and continuously improving the organization’s knowledge management approach, putting in place new systems, processes and a new knowledge management platform that enhances knowledge generation, capture, sharing and application.
The new knowledge management platform will promote and contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing, including best practices, lessons learned and results.
This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates who are able to work remotely in the U.S., or Asia (India, Bangladesh, Nepal), Latin Americas (Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Ecuador, or Nicaragua), or Africa (Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania). Fluency in English is a must, and all applications must be submitted in English in order to be considered.
