Helen Keller International (HKI)/Nepal, an International non-profit organization (INGO), works to improve the sight and lives of the vulnerable by combating the causes and consequences of blindness, poor health and malnutrition through public health approaches, build capacity of organizations and contribute to policy changes through systems strengthening and operations research.
This position will be responsible to support in documentation and record keeping in both hard copy and digital format; support the procedures for insurance and social security investments; assist with the recruitment process and documentation; facilitate timely submission of timesheets; assist with performance management tracking; and complete termination paperwork and exit interviews
Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant; at least 1 year of experience in HR functions; exposure to Labor Law and SSF; good understanding of HR functions and best practices; excellent written and verbal communication skills; Nepali typing is a must; highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
