HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

The role

The Human Resources and Administration Coordinator is responsible for providing strategic HR and administrative support to the country program. The incumbent will provide a professional, business-focused organizational development and human resource management service, delivering a proactive and solutions-based approach to resolving issues, ensuring that staff are effectively resourced, managed, and developed to deliver the Country’s strategic goals.

What we are looking for

The Human Resources and Administration Coordinator will require to be an exception, dedicated, and highly motivated professional, with a strong commitment to Oxfam’s values and beliefs with the following qualification and competencies:

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline related to Human Resources (Preferable MBA).
  • At least 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Experience with business partnering, performance, and talent management.
  • Experience in working on HR Information management systems.
  • Demonstrated HR professional experience in an international, matrix organization.
  • Broad knowledge, experience, and interest in employment law, compensation, learning, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Hands-on experience in office administration and management.
  • Proven team leadership and proven track record in achieving great team performance and sound ability to work together with others and independently as required.
