Job Description

  • Develop workforce plans and ensure human resourcing to meet the need
  • Prepare Job description, specifications and deliverables of each position/role as per strategy/policy
  • Orient and ensure HR Policies compliances and assess the need of policy/regulations
  • Develop and implement HR plans, activities and budget with all necessary coordination
  • Conduct staff hiring adhering with the policy and standard procedure
  • Assess the work environment, document and recommend necessary action as per policy
  • Support Leadership team on performance management and suggest strategies to sustain high performing staff
  • Support Accounts/Finance function to prepare payroll
  • Assess the need of staff survey/assessment and suggest methods and processes
  •  Prepare HR reports to facilitate planning and policy actions

Required Qualification & Experience

Job Specification
Education Level : Bachelor
Experience Required : More than or equals to 2 years
Professional Skill Required : Interpersonal Management Communication Problem Solving

Other Specification

  • University Bachelors’ degree in BBA/BBS, specialization in Human Resource Management will be preferred
  • At least 2 years of related experience in HR Operative and entry-level positions are preferred
  •  Related work experience in the software development business is preferred

Required Skills:

  • Has knowledge of the application of principles and practices of personnel administration
  • Good in Nepali and English (oral and written)
  • Good in email, scheduling, office applications, and experience of online HRMS tools
  • Has a strong commitment to the organization’s values, policies, and culture
  • Delivers the right thing, on time, with quality and accuracy
  • Identifies, assesses, and addresses potential issues in the workplace
  • Establishes a relation of trust with employees, and maintains confidentiality
