Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
  • Recruitment, selection, retention and exit procedures
  • Competent in grievance handling
  • Able to administer performance review and appraisal
  • Ensure HR policy compliance and control

Required Qualification & Experience

Educational Level and Experience Required:

  • At least 5 years of related experience
  • Minimum Master’s degree in management or related field
  • Past work experience with multinational company in IT Industry would be a plus point

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proper understanding of labor law
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Capacity to work efficiently in diverse team
  • Thorough attention to detail
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
