  • Assist Senior Manager and Team Leaders with HR activities such as Performance Appraisals, Development Plans, Training Plan and Motivation
  • Maintaining team members personal records in HR Management System
  • Handling the whole recruitment process
  • Assistance with onboarding and exit process
  • Assist with managing team events and team building activities
  • Ensuring the HRM System is up to date
  • Generating official letters and updating templates
  • Update and maintain HR Policies
  • Monitoring team members attendance and reporting to senior management
  • Handle daily HR operations
  • Liaising with senior management and team leads to keep team members motivated
  • Conducting regular surveys with team members

Required Qualification & Experience

Essential skills and qualifications required to meet position objectives:

  • Must have completed a Bachelor degree in management
  • At least one year of experience in HR
  • Experience in using HR Management software
  • Experience in handling the recruitment process
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • A good team player with the ability to work on their own initiative
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly self-motivated and self-driven
  • Professionally Presented
  • Positive attitude and prepared to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve unusual and complex issues and then devise actionable solutions
  • Responsible for managing time and prioritizing the assigned tasks
  • Experience with Google Apps
