HR Associate Job in Nepal

Assist in organization structure and HRIS to support HR operations
Assist in and execute Learning and Development for people development
Assist in employee engagement and company communications to support HR processes and programs
Assist in maintaining the employee leave and attendance data
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, sessions, surveys etc.) and report to supervisor and concerned department
Assist in facilitating the timely employee communication for supporting talent
Assist in research and reporting of Human Resource Development
Assist in employee’s performance management system to manage the Employment journey of an individual
Research in HR strategies, policies, and documentation
Assist in overall Human Resource Development activities
Assist in screening, shortlisting and coordinating the potential candidates’ resume & application forms to fill company job vacancies
Assist in HR operations

Attention to details and organized
Analytical and practical and act immediately
Can make Decisions easily
Has good interpersonal skills and Communication skills,
Advanced Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Nepali Typing skill ( good to have)
Ability to work under pressure and manage time
