Job Description

  • Assist in organization structure and HRIS to support HR operations
  • Assist in and execute Learning and Development for people development
  • Assist in employee engagement and company communications to support HR processes and programs
  • Assist in maintaining the employee leave and attendance data
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, sessions, surveys etc.) and report to supervisor and concerned department
  • Assist in facilitating the timely employee communication for supporting talent
  • Assist in research and reporting of Human Resource Development
  • Assist in employee’s performance management system to manage the Employment journey of an individual
  • Research in HR strategies, policies, and documentation
  • Assist in overall Human Resource Development activities
  • Assist in screening, shortlisting and coordinating the potential candidates’ resume & application forms to fill company job vacancies
  • Assist in HR operations

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Attention to details and organized
  • Analytical and practical and act immediately
  • Can make Decisions easily
  • Has good interpersonal skills and Communication skills,
  • Advanced Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Nepali Typing skill ( good to have)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time
