Education Technical Advisor (ETA) for USAID funded Equity and Inclusion in Education Project in Nepal [1] based in National Office Lalitpur

Key Responsibilities:
Education Technical Advisor (ETA) is responsible for the management of the anticipated USAID-funded Equity and Inclusion in Education project in Nepal. This position will report to the Chief of Party for the project. The ETA will lead the development and review of project strategies to improve early learning and reading outcomes for all children, especially girls and boys with disabilities and /or other marginalized students. The ETA will lead engagement with external agencies to ensure robust collaboration with other agencies working in catch up education, increased relevancy, effective teacher training, increased enrollment, and avoiding work duplication with other USAID education activities. Finally, the ETA will identify consultancy needs to ensure outcomes will be met, manage said consultancies, and review deliverables.
