  • Dealing with global users (students, teachers and parents) in an online environment via chat and voice call support.
  • Effectively responding to user queries and providing support with technical or subject related concerns while coordinating with the respective department.
  • Responding to questions and concerns about the product and guiding customers to the concerned department/team members if required.
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Follow hierarchical protocol and procedures while adhering to the company policies.
  • Keeping records of user’s interactions, complaints and following through until the complaint resolution.

Required Qualification & Experience

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelors’ degree with 1-year experience in Customer support (digital).
  • Working experience in an online customer support will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English language with good writing skills and the ability to be expressive and effectively communicate with users in an online environment via text with the understanding of new-age chat jargons.
  • Knowledge of customer support software.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer queries and manage time effectively
  • Should be flexible to work any given shift: morning, evening or night.
