Job Description

Data Project Manager plans project/sprint for data product releases and executes the plan utilizing available resources and needs to have strong task/team management and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop project/sprint plans and execute them for on-time quality delivery
Develop activity planning/sequencing
Time estimates for the sprint tasks
Risk analysis and risk mitigation for the releases
Resource utilization for optimum output
Take ownership of requirements and execute them Follow defined processes
Understand US Healthcare Data Requirements and Cedargate Products
Communicate and coordinate with multiple/relevant stakeholders in Nepal and US

Required Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
3+ years of experience in software industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Leadership Skills – highly pro-active, self-motivated, self-organized and an excellent team player
Good analytical skills, time management and decision-making skills
Availability as required (This includes odd hours too)
Knowledge and experience of Agile development methodologies and project management tools
Knowledge of US healthcare system is a plus
Experience in Excel and VBA coding is a plus
