ROLE: Country Programs Manager (CPM)
LOCATION: Kathmandu with the occasional need to travel in project locations.
SALARY: Based on Raleigh International Nepal Policy

About the Role
RIN is seeking an inspirational leader, a strategic stakeholder manager and a program design and fundraising expert to be our new CPM. The CPM is a member of the RIN Senior Management Team (SMT) and the Raleigh International Global Leadership Team (GLT). They are responsible for the design, delivery, implementation and strategic management of Raleigh’s programs in Nepal. The CPM provides essential governance to Raleigh by acting as the focal person for Government engagement, partnership development and sectoral representation. The CPM will also work with the CD to drive strategy focused fundraising and donor engagement in Nepal as well as program design and proposal writing. The CPM will also lead and line manage a high-performing team of program implementation staff and provide day to day support and guidance to them as the implement Raleigh’s programs in Nepal.
Roles Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the CPM can be placed under three specific headings and general duties and responsibilities which are as follows;
