Job Description

Position: Community Mobilization Officer 
Required No.: 5 (Five)  

Terms and Work Station:  February to November 2022 (subject to renewal); Musikot Municipality (Rukum West), Bhagchaur Municipality (Salyan), Agnisair kisnaSabaran Rural Municipality (Saptari), Baudimai Municipality (Rautahat) and Pachrauta Municipality (Bara).

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology/Social Work/Development Studies or related field.
  • Minimum Two years of work experience in social protection or Community Mobilization.
  • Experience in coordination, community mobilization, training delivery and report writing.
  • Good communication and writing Skills.
  • Adequate computer skills, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Priority will be given to locals and speaking the local language.
  • Having driving skill of motorcycle and scooters will be an added advantage.
