Job Details

  • Create and develop a long-term plan and strategy for development of the Women’s Fashion category
  • Achieve Business targets and have robust plans to adapt or manoeuvre as per category/business requirement
  • End to end ownership of products within category assortment/brand building to Customer Experience end to end
  • Manage a team of Vendor Management resources. Develop and coach team
  • Manage Portfolio of Categories: New brand acquisition, assortment acquisition at right price points based on data analysis, Shape long term portfolio expansion built on both micro and macro trends
  • Vendor sourcing strategy, vendor relationship management
  • Working closely with Digital/Marketing/Onsite teams to drive category sales. At the same time, manage and optimize marketing spends for the category
  • Category Analytics: proficient in analytics to identify growth areas and execute
  • Identify opportunities amongst stakeholders within the ecosystem and negotiate for barters to utilize each other’s strength to greater heights

Required Qualification & Experience

Qualification & Experience

  • Masters in Management or Engineering
  • 3+ years of work experience in management consulting, technology industry, or other leading commercial roles functions (e-commerce experience preferred but not required)
  • Excellent Decision Making, Analytical skills and Communication skills required. Must be Data Driven
  • Should have an initiative approach
  • Firm grasp over English and should be comfortable creating proposals or presentation slides as per the requirement
  • Should be eager to take ownership, make common-sense decisions, and be accountable
  • Ability to drive business like an entrepreneur and think like one is required
