Who you are:

If you are someone who is a people person with great leadership and managerial skills, this role is for you. Your major role is to manage and coordinate teams and partners to ensure that the objectives of HLE and the offshore partners have been met to increase our support service portfolio. You will actively work on process optimization and develop quality improvement programs to align with ongoing strategic imperatives that brand us as boutique outsourcing solutions for Australia’s mortgage industry.

Some of your major deliverables are:

  • Be part of Outsourcing vision & business plan
  • Grow long-term relationships with clients and capitalize on future opportunities
  • Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects regarding outsourcing services
  • Manage scope and mitigate the risk of the Outsourcing model
  • Analyze profitability, revenue margins, and utilization across outsourcing partners
  • Liaise with Accounts to ensure we collect revenue in time
  • Review performance and conduct progress updates for direct reports on the basis of HLE’s performance review calendar
  • Regularly communicate to partners on the progress of the team and any challenges they are facing
  • Seek feedback from partners and use this to improve our services

Required Qualification & Experience

What experience do you need?

  • At least two years of experience at the Managerial level in an international/multinational company.
  • At least 1 year of experience in managing managers
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and a good rapport building ability
  • A degree in Management, Business Administration or Business Studies
  • Having an entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven & resilient would be great
