Job Description

  • Identify KPIs for HR Department
  • Plan, implement and manage the overall resource pool
  • Lead & manage various aspects of HR Operations including on-boarding, orientation, off-boarding formalities and documentation, insurance, performance management and HR audits
  • Facilitate effective ways of working and build a high-performing culture
  • Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures
  • Design and lead change management programs to foster the development in the organization
  • Provide support in various HR areas such as safety compliance and monitoring, performance and talent management programs deployment
  • Plan and implement training programs
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Undergraduate in the relevant subject. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably a MBA with HR major
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resource management concepts and best practices
  • Knowledge on local labor laws, ability to interpret local labor laws
  • Strong attention to detail, high degree of accuracy and thoroughness, and proven ability to manage human resources processes and work independently
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
