Job Description

This position will be responsible for assisting Finance & Operation Officer on bill, quotation collection, bank deposit and statement collection; prepare, verify and documentation of office vehicle logbook; assist in process on LPTS; assist to manage petty cash and its transaction; and participate and support program events in logistic management.

Required Qualification & Experience

Intermediate degree in management; good skill in written and verbal communication in English and Nepali; work effectively in a highly collaborative team approach; learning attitude; proficiency in computer operating skills i.e., MS office, Excel, and email internet.
