Job Description

Provides general administrative support and document management, supports data management, minute taking and reporting efforts.

Required Qualification & Experience

  • BA/BS in Management or related field
  • At least 8 years of experience as administrative specialist, with responsibilities that have included document management, data management and reporting
  • Experience on donor-funded projects a plus
  • Proven team player capable of working with a team of multidisciplinary and multi-cultural specialists
  • Experience in administrative management for complex projects/programs
  • Excellent written/oral communication  skills in English
