Job Description

The Code Fusion team is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Administrative Assistant to assist our admin department with administrative and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in office administration/management  and 1+ years of experience in related field.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Administrate the day-to-day activities of the office and documentation.
  • Create and distribute guidelines and documents about company policies.
  • Be actively involved in writing clear marketing copy and documents to promote our products/services.
  • Work closely with marketing and technical team to create proposals, documents, TORs, and presentations required to promote our products/services.
  • Coordinate with the development/marketing team and prepare/distribute required documents.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment, which involves developing job descriptions and specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Required Qualification & Experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree (Management, or any related field).
  • Must have 1+ years of experience.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Self-motivated to achieve targets and intensely goal-oriented.
  • Outstanding communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of business practices and good knowledge of research techniques.
  • Knowledge of common software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Has the ability to deal with a new environment in any circumstances.
  • Having a Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field.
  • Knowledge Of Digital Marketing will be a plus.
