Progress Inc. specializes in research, monitoring and evaluations, assessments, capacity building and other managerial support (documentation review, training, data entry/analysis) to public, private and non-profit sectors in the social development sector. The organization works in various sectors including education, governance, livelihood, DRR, WASH, GESI and many more.
Progressio Bistro is the food and beverage wing of Progress Inc., and is small restaurant located in Boudha, Kathmandu. The Admin Associate job entails the ability for management of staff, record keeping of finances and bills, providing digital content and marketing on various social media (i.e. Facebook and Instagram) through creation of posts and other marketing strategies. In addition to this, the candidate is also required to run errands and perform admin duties for the primary organization.
The candidate will majorly work from the office (85%), but will be assigned to the restaurant as required (15%). We require a mature hotel management graduate with skills in using excel and social media postings with good English writing and computer knowledge.
(Initially 3 months’ probation, extended after successful performance review)
Salary Range: Gross NPR 18,000 – 21,000 per month
