Job Description

  • Arrangement of travel, ticketing and accommodation
  • Track of Invoice and process for payment
  • Monthly budget forecasting and planning
  • Prepare and update Monthly accruals
  • Keep track of Contract Management and process for renewal
  • Store Management
  • Petty cash handling
  • Track, record and co-ordinate for all maintenance
  • Recording, ordering and stock keeping of Office consumables

Required Qualification & Experience

  • A bachelors Degree in related field
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration
  • Excellent communication skills to co-ordinate and communicate
  • Must be able to work efficiently with team
  • Must be able to judge and make decisions accordingly
