Job Description

  • Initiate and implement best and effective practices in administrative functions
  • Implementation and execution of Procurement Portal adherence to Procurement policy of the company
  • Market Intelligence of products & services, vendor research with reference to order requisition
  • Collection of sample goods and products as per the requirement of the company
  • Coordinate with departments for timely order planning, requisition and order placement
  • Monitoring Supplier’s performance and rate negotiation
  • Compose and maintain contractor and vendor listings, including sources of supply for goods and services, handle contract disputes and resolutions
  • Proper tracking and renewal of the vendor’s contract
  • Timely invoice forwarding and payment of the vendors along with memo in coordination with inter departments
  • Compare costs and evaluate the quality and suitability of supplies, materials, and equipment
  • Coordinate procurement activities and processing necessary to maintain warehouse supplies, equipment, and required services for efficient operation
  • Recording, ordering and stock keeping of Warehouse consumables
  • Dispatching of supplies to all Daraz location

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Management/ ACCA/ Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in relevant field
  • Preference will be given to the candidates with experience in Administrative and Procurement
  • Problem solving skills and analytical skills
  • Must be a team player with decision-making ability
  • Strong communication and technical skills
  • 2 wheelers driving license is mandatory
