Job Description

  • Collect vehicle requirement from DEX team (Last mile and First mile) for next day
  • Maintain vehicle log sheet on regular basis and order tracking sheet and communicate with each vendor for vehicle requirement for next day
  • Verification of log sheet with each vendor for billing process, done half monthly for (Tier 1 and Tier 2)
  • Facilitate and arrange for alternative vehicle, if any problem faced on vehicle during operation and on field
  • Communicate feedback from vendors to DEX team and top-level management regarding rate and difficulties that might face in future.
  • Arrange meeting with vendors for discussion and negotiation of rate
  • Communicate major agenda with legal team for addendums and renewal of contract
  • Bill approval memo (verification, processing, accrual); General repair and maintenance
  • Maintain tracking for asset movement and transfer from one location to another
  • Supportive role in the procurement team during campaigns
  • Requires frequent travel to all locations as per need

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in management/ ACCA / Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in related field / industry
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) and coordination skills
  • Should have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Having 2 wheelers is mandatory
